Water Extraction~ Tea Making

This workshop will cover an introduction into herbs, how best to pick and forage your own, and dry them for herbal teas. You will learn what each herb is used for, in terms of their physical and spirtital properties. Then you will get a chance to blend your own. You will be going home with a bag of your own seasonal tea as well as what you made during the workshop.

I will be doing small groups in my home apothecary, so we have space to move and blend. I am also happy to do private groups if you have a group of friends that you would like to gather for its nourishing workshop.
