Refund Cancellation Policy on Apothecary Products
Made Within the Apothecary products are handcrafted in small batches using herbs and botanicals that I grow, forage, gather, or receive from friends. Because these products are handmade, each order is prepared with care and may not be eligible for return once it has been shipped.
Cancellations within 24 hours:
Orders canceled within 24 hours of being placed are eligible for a full refund, including shipping charges.
Orders that have already shipped:
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact me as soon as possible so I can work with you to make it right.
For approved returns, the product must be returned before a refund can be issued. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
Because Made Within the Apothecary products are handcrafted and may contain natural botanical ingredients, certain products may be final sale and not eligible for return.

Candle & Fire Starter Warning
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always extinguish the candle before leaving the room or going to sleep.
Please be aware that if the candle is left burning for more than 30 minutes, the tin or glass may become warm. Use caution when handling or picking it up.
Always check the temperature of the container to make sure that it is not too hot before handling.
Safe Storage: Keep candles sealed and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and open flames. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not store near food or other flammable materials.
When kept sealed and stored properly, these candles have a shelf life of up to two years.

Shipping Days
Apothecary orders are shipped twice each week on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Because these products are handcrafted, your order may be held until the next scheduled shipping day. Please keep this schedule in mind when placing your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Processing Time
Processing time may vary depending on the product and whether it is made to order. Some creations may require additional time to prepare.
