Each Made Within the Apothecary creation is handcrafted in small batches with care, using herbs and botanicals that I grow, forage, gather, or receive from friends.
Shipping Days
Apothecary orders are shipped twice each week on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Because these products are handcrafted, your order may be held until the next scheduled shipping day. Please keep this schedule in mind when placing your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Processing Time
Processing time may vary depending on the product and whether it is made to order. Some creations may require additional time to prepare.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging so we can help make it right.
Because our apothecary products are handcrafted in small batches, certain products may be final sale and not eligible for return. Please review the Refund & Cancellation Policy for additional information.
Book Return Policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase. Because my books are independently published and packaged with care, I accept returns on physical books within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the book must be unused and in its original condition. Please contact me before sending your book back so I can provide return instructions.
Once I receive and inspect the returned book, I will issue a refund for the purchase price of the book. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the book arrived damaged or I sent the wrong item.
If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong book, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the book and packaging. I will work with you to make it right.
