Botanical Healing Bakeshop Shipping Policy
Our Botanical Healing Bakeshop creations are made to order, prepared fresh in small batches, and packaged with care.
Made to Order
Each order is prepared specifically for you. Because our baked goods are made fresh, processing time may vary depending on the product, order volume, and preparation time required.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped as soon as your baked goods are finished and ready for delivery. We do not hold completed orders for a specific weekly shipping day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Shipping Area
To help maintain freshness and quality, certain baked goods may only be available for shipping within designated areas. Availability may vary by product, destination, season, weather, and expected transit time.
Weather & Seasonal Considerations
Because baked goods can be affected by excessive heat, cold, humidity, and extended time in transit, we may delay shipping when weather conditions could compromise the quality of your order. If this affects your order, we will contact you.
Freshness Upon Arrival
Our baked goods are intended to be enjoyed fresh. Please follow the Storage & Care instructions provided with your order when it arrives.
Minor changes in texture or appearance may occur during shipping. These natural changes do not necessarily indicate a problem with the product.
Returns
Because our baked goods are made to order and are perishable, they are not eligible for return.
If your order arrives damaged or you have concerns about its condition, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.
