A New Season of Learning, Returning & Reconnecting
September is bringing new offerings, new opportunities to learn, and new ways to come back to yourself.
As we move into a new season, I’m excited to share what has been growing behind the scenes.
This month, I’m launching two new self-guided courses, offering 50% off all herbal courses and individual classes, and opening applications for my 2026 Botanical Healing School Scholarship Program.
My hope is that these offerings meet you wherever you are in your own journey—whether you’re looking to deepen your knowledge, develop a personal practice, explore the wisdom of plants, or simply create more space to slow down and listen inward.

Botanical Healing for the Body Systems is an approachable exploration of herbal traditions organized around the body’s major systems.
From the digestive and respiratory systems to the cardiovascular, immune, nervous, urinary, integumentary, and musculoskeletal systems, this course introduces traditional botanical approaches and the plants historically associated with supporting each area of the body.
Mindfulness Meditation
What if meditation were more than simply sitting quietly and clearing your mind?
This self-guided journey invites you to explore meditation from a deeper perspective—discovering the relationship between your thoughts, emotions, breath, body, and everyday experiences.
Back to School Sale
To celebrate a new season of learning, I’m offering a Back-to-School Sale throughout the entire month of September.
All individual herbal classes and the entire Botanical Healing School are 50% OFF.
Scholarship Program
I believe education has the ability to open doors, deepen our understanding, and change the way we move through the world. I also recognize that the cost of education can sometimes create a barrier, even for those who are deeply committed to learning.
For this reason, I’m opening a limited number of scholarship opportunities for the 2026 Botanical Healing School.
These scholarships are intended for individuals who feel genuinely called to study herbal medicine and who would benefit from additional financial support in making that education possible.
A Little More Room to Learn
Everything I create comes back to one thing:
Creating space for people to reconnect with themselves.
Sometimes that happens through the wisdom of plants.
Sometimes through meditation.
Sometimes through movement, breath, or simply giving ourselves permission to slow down.
And sometimes it begins with learning something new.
I’m grateful to be able to share these practices with you, and even more grateful to create opportunities for those who may not otherwise have access to them.
